Individual Sailing

How do you combine individual sailing trips worldwide with unique day trips that take place in the sailing area of Rostock and the Baltic Sea coast? How do we optimize processes so that bookings and inquiries can be carried out as efficiently as possible and with a unique customer experience. Management via Excel should become a fully-fledged business suite. And at the same time, set new visual standards.

Digital integration

Combining corporate processes, that could hardly be more different, was not an easy task for us. The website as a digital facade, behind a large-scale digital system, was the solution. Within a few weeks we developed a concept, that included all business processes. Using an extensible management system, we connected services from digital accounting to skipper management and developed a customer-focused system.

Customized

In addition to a large existing customer base, we were able to build a predictable digital sales channel with Charter & Sail. Bookings can be generated practically at the push of a button. A lot of time went into the performance marketing of your website. From search engine optimization to A/B testing of certain website functions, everything was included to enable a unique web experience.

Abundance of offers

The difficulty was to present the wealth of content in the best possible way and make it easy to find. A lot of time and thought went into building a clever filter function to make it as easy as possible for website visitors, to find the sailing trip of their dreams.

We were able to demonstrate many new skillsets in this project. From the production of photographic marketing material to the combination of various services, we had it all. This project has shown us once again, that partners can become friends. So we look forward to many great shared experiences and ideas.
